If you’re looking for great Georgia quail hunting, look no further. This plantation combines an excellent lodge, great food, and a world-class hunt to offer you the perfect experience.
This plantation is located in fantastic bobwhite territory in southern Georgia, surrounded by thousands of acres of untouched pine woods. In addition to the top-notch quail hunting, the area offers great opportunities for duck, pheasant, and whitetail deer. These hunts can be pursued separately.
You’ll be hunting alongside experienced and highly-knowledgeable guides and the best-trained hunting dogs you can find. You can rely on both the guides and dogs to give you the best chance possible at filling your bag limit.
You can opt for either a half day of hunting or a full day of hunting. Half days have a bag limit of eight birds per hunter and cost $550 per gun; full days have a bag limit of twelve and cost $990 per gun. You must reserve at least two guns for these hunts, and a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.
Lunch is provided for half-day hunts. On full-day hunts, you’ll have three square meals and lodging included in the price. Food and lodging for non-hunters costs $190/person.
The meals are a part of the experience: excellent Southern-style fare prepared by the plantation’s award-winning chef. You’ll eat well and in comfort.
The lodge is a great place to relax and unwind after your long day of hunting. Sit by the immense stone fireplace to swap stories, enjoy the view of the lake, or hit up the billiards room. It’s the perfect way to end a great hunt. At night, the lodge can sleep 15 people in its spacious suites and guest rooms.
Please note that no alcohol is allowed until the hunt is over and all shooting is finished for the day.
Quail license, meals (as outlined in Meals and Lodging above), coolers for birds, and cleaning and packaging of birds are all included in the price.
Tips and gratuities are not included in the price. Clothing is available for purchase on location.
