Global Sporting Safaris Terms & Conditions

RESPONSIBILITY: Global Sporting Safaris, Casper, Wyoming, and its subsidiaries, affiliated or associated companies, agents, sub-agents act only as agents for contractors or owners and outfitters, airlines, railroads, ship-owners, charter air carriers providing means of transportation or other services, and all tickets, vouchers and contracts of such hotels, airlines, railroads, operators, owners and contractors are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which such accommodations, means of transportation or other services are offered or provided, and the issuance and acceptance of any such tickets, vouchers and contracts shall be deemed to be consent to further conditions:

~ that neither Global Sporting Safaris, nor any of its affiliated or associated companies, agents, sub-agents shall be or become liable or responsible in any way in connection with such hotels or lodges, means of transportation or other services, or for any loss, injury or damage to or in respect to any person or property howsoever caused or arising;

~ air carriers involved are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their airplane: the passenger contract, or tickets in use by the airlines, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline, the purchaser of any of these Hunting/Fishing trips and/or the passenger; the right is reserved to cancel any Hunting/Fishing trip prior to departure, in which case full refund will constitute full settlement to the passenger;

~ baggage and personal effects, including items purchased, are the sole responsibility of the owners at all times and no employee/agent of Global Sporting Safaris, its subsidiaries, affiliated or associated companies is authorized to accept these for storage, safekeeping, or transportation.

GSS Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy: Global Sporting Safaris (GSS) requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a reservation 60 days or longer before the scheduled trip date. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. The 50% balance due for “payment in full” is required no later than 60 days prior to schedule trip arrival date. Global Sporting Safaris (GSS) requires a deposit of “payment in full” to secure a reservation less than 60 days before the scheduled trip. The payment in full is also non-refundable. We highly recommend you protect your deposits and payments in full with Travel Insurance. Receipt of deposit and/or final payment by Global Sporting Safaris is acknowledgement that registrant has read and accepts this cancellation/refund policy and all responsibility clauses.

Auction Sales Deposit Policy: Global Sporting Safaris (GSS) requires a $500 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per hunter to secure a reservation 30 Days after the auction event. The $500 auction deposit will be applied 100% to trophy fees after the hunt is completed for each hunter.  If hunter does not harvest more than $500 in animals, the unused portion of said deposit is nonrefundable. We highly recommend you protect your deposits and payments in full with Travel Insurance. Receipt of deposit and/or final payment by Global Sporting Safaris is acknowledgement that registrant has read and accepts this cancellation/refund policy and all responsibility clauses.

Trip Rescheduling:  Global Sporting Safaris (GSS) requires a $250 fee to reschedule a trip once the deposit has been made.  This fee is for a single person or for a group up to 6.  Groups of 7 or larger will be assessed a $350 date change fee.

VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: Travel Insurance: Hunting or fishing expeditions will certainly offer you an exciting and rewarding experience. Unfortunately, however, one undertaking such an adventure must face the possibility that you or your companion(s) might be forced to cancel your trip at the last moment due to illness, injury or other emergency or sustain an unfortunate injury and require medical services or worse, medical evacuation during your trip. Trip cancellation and travel insurance can help protect you and your travel companions from these unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances. We will send you the application forms from a major, reliable insurer of traveling hunters and anglers. Typically, the cost of an extensive program is less than $75 per $1,000 of coverage.
