Outfitters and Lodge Owners Requests

Dear Outfitters & Lodge Owners:

Global Sporting Safaris is always looking for exceptional destinations for our vast clientele of traveling sportsmen, sportswomen, hunters and fishing enthusiasts. Superior established locations, lodging, service, guiding, experience and ample opportunity to find the species of our clients choice at a fair market value are a must!

We are currently interested in quality North American outfitters offering both black and brown bear, caribou, deer (all species), elk, mountain lion, mountain goat, sheep (all sub-species), waterfowl and upland birds.  We are also looking for high quality Asian outfitters as well.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not accepting any outfitters from South Africa or Argentina at this time.

The business relationship between the Booking Agency (GSS) and the Lodge Owner or Outfitter is a mutual one of shared expense and benefit.  Global Sporting Safaris will invest time, money, and concentrated effort into a marketing strategy designed to acquire new clients for the lodge owner or outfitter.   The lodge owner or outfitter must be willing to supply Global Sporting Safaris with a site visit during the hunting or fishing season.

Your GSS consultant must be able to market your hunting or fishing destination based on first hand knowledge of your operation - marketing from imagination is not an option.   This is not to be viewed as a free hunting or fishing trip for either the booking agency or the outfitter.   When GSS sends a consultant to your operation, it is an investment on our end in both time and travel costs - the time that our representative is out of the office and the cost of getting them to your destination.  Likewise, the operator is supplying a period of time in camp that could possibly have been sold - so there are costs on both ends.  As stated above, the business relationship between yourself and Global Sporting Safaris is intended to be a mutually beneficial relationship with both shared benefits and shared expenses.

What is your most important question for Global Sporting Safaris?

Commissions are payable on daily rate, packages, trophy fees and any upgrades or additional services purchased during the trip. Commissions are not payable on state, country or government mandated license fees, permits, transportation fees, etc.  I Agree.
Once a client is booked thru Global Sporting Safaris, Inc., the client remains a client of Global Sporting Safaris, Inc. Any future bookings are payable at the standard commission rate. If a client calls the Outfitter direct, the Outfitter is to refer the client back to Global Sporting Safaris, Inc. for the booking. This also applies to any members of a group who split off from the original group and bring a new group of their own. This policy is to remain in effect as long as Global Sporting Safaris, Inc. is the Booking Agent for the Outfitter/Lodge Owner. I Agree.
