Steve Sibrel
Steve's outdoor experiences started early in life; he took his first hunting trip when he was about eight months old. Raised in rural Wyoming, and with the support of his Father, it was a natural setting for him to develop a passion for the outdoor way of life. Since that first trip, Steve has hunted big game, birds and fished all of his life in North America, Central and South America and in Africa.
Steve has focused on bow hunting for the past 25 years (with an occasional gun hunt), enjoys a bit of wing shooting, and still gets excited about fly fishing for fresh and salt water species. His boys and newly acquired daughter are all avid outdoorsmen, hunters, fishermen, backpackers, fly-tyers, re-loaders and rod builders. They donate time to outdoor conservation organizations as well.
A Board member of his local SCI Chapter, and working with several other organizations focused on conservation, Steve came to Global Sporting Safaris to serve as our COO/CFO. His strong outdoor experience and business background, having earned the B.S., M.B.A. and M.H.A., will help to bring new opportunities and service levels for our colleagues and clients at Global Sporting Safaris.

Chuck Tholl

Chuck is an owner and Western/North American Hunting Specialist with Global Sporting Safaris and has been hunting in the mountains and plains of Wyoming for over 45 years. Growing up in Casper, WY Chuck became an accomplished Mule Deer and Elk hunter in his teens. Chuck's father, an accomplished hunter as well, he taught Chuck from an early age that a cagey old Mule Deer Buck was as large a challenge as any game animal in America. Chuck's father was a mule deer hunter of such tremendous skill it was often said that he could find a record deer in about any county in WY. That ability and keen sense of finding those wary creatures was passed down to Chuck and has since been passed down to Chuck's three sons and a daughter, whom he has enjoyed hunting with the past 20 years. Chuck has become an accomplished bow hunter in the past 15 years, harvesting 4 Pope and Young Black Bears, 2 Pope and Young Mule Deer, and several qualifying bull elk. Chuck's recent hunting excursions have taken him across 20 different states, 2 Canadian Provinces, and even a trip south of the border. Chuck's recent hunts have peaked an interest and specialty for finding high quality Whitetail Deer hunting locations and big Bull Elk hotspots. Chuck is an active member and donator to the local Mule Deer Foundation, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Delta Waterfowl, National Wild Turkey Federation, and several other local and national foundations. Chuck has continued to donate time, money and equipment to various foundations involving youth as he knows this is the future of our sport. Chuck continues to reside in his hometown of Casper, WY where he enjoys living the Western lifestyle with his wife of over 22 years.

Colter Anderson
My passion for the outdoors came at a young age. I have my father and grandfathers to thank for that.
By the age of four, I was walking the banks of a (secret) small river in Wyoming, side by side with my father as he taught me how to read the water and present the fly. Since then I have been fortunate enough to fish the World over. I’ve fished in Canada, Mexico, Alaska, New Zealand, Central America, South America, as well as all over the continental US. When I’m not exploring new waters I’m typically guiding in Montana or Wyoming, and have been doing so for the past 5 years. When I’m not guiding or seeking out local honey holes, I’m planning new adventures to chase new and exotic fish.
Growing up in Casper, Wyoming was a young sportsman’s paradise. My grandfather owned a ranch just thirty minutes outside of town. The whitetail and mule deer were plentiful and antelope lurked around every corner. I learned the ways of a sportsman, very young, through my involvement with our family's game bird farm. The bird farm provided excellent wing-shooting opportunities for chukkar, huns, and pheasants, and thus sparked my second passion, Wing-shooting. I have hunted both North and South America as well New Zealand. I try to get as many days in the blind as possible.
Hunting and fishing have made me who I am today, and I look forward to continuing my quest for best Wingshooting and Fishing destinations this world has to offer.

Katie Luthy
Born and raised in the great state of Wyoming, Katie Luthy developed an affinity for the outdoors early in life. Of course when you live in a state where the pronghorn antelope outnumber the people, falling in love with wildlife and nature is an easy feat. As a child Katie practically lived outside spending countless hours exploring the sagebrush covered plains and vast acres of state land. Not much has changed since then. Whether hiking, snowshoeing, camping, scouting or hunting so long as Katie is in the mountains, hills or prairies she’s at home. It’s not uncommon for her to say, “Give me hiking boots and my hunting camo over stilettos and dresses any day!”
Katie has two passions that drive her life: hunting as well as wildlife and habitat conservation. The two go hand in hand. As an avid sportsman, Katie feels it is vital to protect wildlife and habitat to preserve not only a sustainable hunting population but also our sportsmen’s heritage. What’s the best way to do that? Roll up your sleeves and get involved! Katie is very dedicated to this cause and has devoted a tremendous amount of time, energy, and sweat to various conservation organizations. From lopping down trees to increase grazing areas, organizing youth events to instill interest and excitement in hunting/conservation, to traveling the country to volunteer at banquets and fund raising events and raise more money for wildlife efforts Katie is always ready, willing, and enthusiastic to lend a hand. Currently a committee member of her local chapters of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Friends of the NRA, Chapter Chairperson for the Mule Deer Foundation, and member of the Board of Directors for Wyoming FNAWS (Foundation for North American Wild Sheep) Katie takes an active role in ensuring our wildlife will be around for future generations to experience.
