for Conservation Organizations

Hunting Trip DonationsGlobal Sporting Safaris is very pleased to have put together a very high quality hunt fundraising program that allows us to give back to the ‘not for profit’ organizations that help to promote our industry and our passion.

We have invested a good deal of time and resources in choosing outfitters that were qualified and willing to partner with us to give a bit of their profit to support ‘not for profit’ organizations. Together, with our outfitters, we may have up to three (3) hunts available for your organization. We currently offer the following Hunting Trips; New Zealand, Argentina and South Africa.

New Zealand Big Game Hunt - 7-Nights & 6-Days for 2 Hunters
South Africa Plains Game Hunt - 8 Days & 6-Days Hunting for 4 Hunters

We will only offer these hunttrips to hunting, fishing conservation and outdoor based 501c3, 501c4 or 501c6 organizations who use "Live Auctions" with auctioneers and there are a limited number of hunts available each year. All outfitters offer ‘5-Star’ accommodations with trophy quality animals; we have had very good experiences with all of them and have personally visited each outfitter.

At the conclusion of the fundraising event, a GSS hunting consultant will be assigned to the auction winner.  Our consultant will work with each winner to ensure that everything goes smoothly both before and after the hunt.  This includes the pre-trip preparations as well as follow-up post trip to ensure that all of the trophies arrive back safe and sound to the hunter’s trophy room.  This service is provided as part of the fundraising package at no additional cost.

Important Note: Our Hunting Trip Fundraisers are not available for Silent Auctions or Raffles. You must have a Live Auction to qualify. Due to the fluid nature of international hunting, Global Sporting Safaris reserves the right to revise our fundraising program at any time without prior notice.  This includes hunts sold at auction where we subsequently determine that the featured outfitter(s) no longer meet our performance standards.  In those cases, an alternate hunt of equal or greater value will be substituted as deemed appropriate at that time to ensure a quality hunt for your members. Global Sporting Safaris fundraising and trophy fee deposits are not refundable and not-transferable. Trophy Fee Deposits are based on a use it or lose it policy.
