For top quality antelope hunting, you can’t beat Wyoming! We offer both antelope-only hunts as well as multi-species hunts including antelope hunting. We often see success rates on our Wyoming Pronghorn antelope hunts of 100%.
We hunt Pronghorn antelope in many areas of central and eastern Wyoming. We offer pronghorn antelope hunting from either motels or camps including both wall tents and lodge camps. Most of our antelope hunts take place on private leases. License draw rates vary from year to year but we hunt many areas that draw at 100%. The hunting license application deadline is March 15th of each year.

The summer weather in New Zealand will average highs around 72°F and lows around 54°F. Average rainfall days in summer (December thru February) are just around 7 days.
Tahr: Tahr have come off the high mountain tops to feed in the lower elevations making an excellent opportunity to harvest one of these grand trophies without the tough physical effort usually needed in the winter and early spring.
Chamois: These alpine animals continue to stay in the higher elevations at this time of year. Hunting for Chamois is not as difficult as the winter and early spring due to the fact that the snow has melted.
Stag: This time of year the red stag and fallow stag have just about or fully grown out their antlers and will be in velvet till about mid-February. This is a unique opportunity to harvest a beautiful stag in velvet.
Goat & Ram: Hunting the Arapawa ram and feral goat is a year round opportunity.
Wild Boar: Hunting the wild boar is a year round opportunity.
Fishing: Trout fishing is available this time of year in the rivers and local lakes.
Wingshooting: Canada Geese and Black-backed seagull hunting is available at this time of year.

SCI 129 Class Carmen Mountain Whitetail Deer rack found
Every year, after a long and scorching summer, getting ready for Deer season is always a time of the year that we look forward to and it can’t get here soon enough! The weather starts to cool off and as the days get shorter, being out on the range and scouting for deer is a refreshing feeling that only heightens my senses and anticipation for hunting with our clients. Accordingly, on September 14, 2011, I headed out, yet again, to our Ranch in Northern Coahuila in order to start preparing for the opening of the coming deer season, which will begin on the Friday after Thanksgiving Day this next November.
Upon arrival to our 70,000 acre Ranch, I was immediately charged up with excitement, due to the fact that our foreman, “Manuel”, surprised me with a “Monster” Carmen Mountain Whitetail Deer rack that he found in a creek bed while rounding up cattle out on our range! Furthermore, he said (in Spanish) – “I have been seeing at least 4 more like this one, in the same pasture!”
The outstanding rack sports 13 measureable points and even with a broken tine it scored a whopping 129” SCI, when I put the tape to it! Had this deer been harvested by a hunter, this “Carminis” would have currently been ranked in 2nd place in the SCI record book! Nevertheless, this wonderful rack will go into the “picked up” category and will undoubtedly be one for the books!
Upon doing the first evening recon at the first pasture, I spotted a bachelor group of three bucks feeding in the foothills, one of them a certain shooter. A bit further into the same pasture I also spotted a couple of does with their fawns from the previous year, both of them with twins! Also, on subsequent outings I was seeing a lot of movement around the areas of our year-round water troughs!
As a consequence of the arid ecosystem our Carmen Mountain Deer thrive in, we usually pattern our deer’s movements around our water troughs and I was immediately keen to a lot of deer tracks and droppings around them. This is the norm in this part of Old Mexico, but I seemed to be seeing more than usual. This is most likely the result of the very large wildfires that a lot of neighboring properties had this past summer a few miles from us. Another important development is that this year we started putting out a mixture of mineral salt, grain and molasses for our cattle and our staff at the Ranch say that the molasses are bringing in a lot of deer! This will surely work in favor of our hunters and will unquestionably increase their chances for a shot opportunity at a trophy Carmen Mountain Deer buck!
I am happy to report that besides seeing a healthy population of deer and a lot of movement, on September 16, 2011 we had 2″ of rainfall at the Ranch and another 1/2″ of rain the next morning! This rainfall comes to us fortuitously, as it will allow our pastures forage to be in good condition for the on-coming winter. Surely, the deer will be well fed going into the season and as soon as those cold fronts start coming down from the North, the does should be in full rut right on time!
SCI Trophy Book Hunters: In the summer of 2010, Safari Club International opened the Carmen Mountain white-tailed deer category to the SCI Record Books for the first time. There are currently just a handful of entries and the opportunity for an SCI Top 10 Carmen Mountain Whitetail Deer is certainly a reality at this ranch.
